We make our work hard when we build invisible walls.
Make assumptions we don’t question.
Take steps we might not need to take.
Come up with reasons why it can’t be done.
When things look hard, ask ‘what’s the easy way out?’
The purpose isn’t to cut corners or do the bare minimum, but flip the perspective from ‘how much do we need to do’ to ‘what does this need for it to be successful?’
Often, it’s less than we think.
Not everything needs to be hard to be valuable.
